Do I have to sign a lease or can I rent a unit on a month-to-month basis?
Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements ' no long-term lease is
required.

notice do you require before I move out?
Give a 10 day notice and just remove your lock and let us know when you have vacated your unit so you do
not incur any unnecessary charges.
What are
the days and hours that I may access my storage unit?
7 days a week with gate open from 6am-9pm
Do you
require insurance on the contents of my storage unit?
No, you are
responsible for the things you are storing at Owensboro Self Storage. We
would be happy to recommend insurance providers if you believe you need
insurance.
What
documents do I need to provide so that I may rent a storage unit?
You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification
(e.g., driver's license, state ID or passport).
Can I rent a storage unit over the phone or do I need to visit the facility in person?
You can either rent your unit online or call and set up an appointment. We are very flexible with our hours of operation so call anytime day or night.
How do I
pay my bill?

located at the gate in an envelope with your name and unit number on the

3. Pay online using your user name and password to
login. This information can be found at
the top right corner of your contract.
4. Call 270-313-9000 to pay by phone (a $2 convenience charge)
5. Call 270-313-9000 to set up auto pay. The no late fee guarantee option.
Will you
move my belongings?
We are in the business of self-storage, however there are many businesses in
Owensboro to assist you with your move.
Do you
offer a referral fee?
Yes, and it is amazing. If the person you refer rents a storage unit from us,
